I have laid help upon one that is mighty;

 I have exalted one chosen out of the people.

 I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:

 With whom my hand shall be established: 

mine arm also shall strengthen him.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭89:19-21‬ ‭KJV.‬‬

“And when he had removed him,

 he raised up unto them David to be their king; 

to whom also he gave testimony, and said,

 I have found David the son of Jesse,

 a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will.” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭13:22‬ ‭KJV.‬‬

Point of Reflection:

It is the desire of Almighty God in Jesus Christ that

 you be counted among the chosen ones of God.

 Please understand that Almighty God  is calling you to know Him

 by acknowledging the sacrifice made by His Son Jesus Christ 

when He died to take away your sin and the sin of the world. 

Almighty God raised Him from the dead. 

As you believe these facts and yield to the Lordship of Jesus Christ,

 your sin are forgiven, your spirit is made alive again, 

you are born again and given eternal life.

 As you grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ, 

you need to take to take another step- 

setting yourself apart for Him, consecrating yourself

 and committing yourself to His agenda on the earth.

 This makes you His chosen. Glory be to God forevermore.

 At the centre of God's agenda on the earth in our day  is salvation of souls.

 There are people who are dying without God, without salvation and going to hell.  

His word tells us in 1Timothy 2:3-4:

 "For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. (KJV‬‬). (see also 1Timothy 2: 2, 5).

When you commit to this cause, you help establish Almighty God's hand on the earth. (Psalms 89:20).

 When you do that you rally the forces of heaven behind you. 

The declaration of Psalms 89:20 "my arm also shall strengthen him", then applies to you.

 There are also many other benefits of being a chosen one of Almighty God.

Prayer:

My Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank you for sending Jesus Christ to die for my sin and to rise again from the dead,

 I acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord of my life from today.

 Thank you for forgiveness of sin and for the gift of eternal life.

 Today I set myself apart and consecrate myself for you.

I give myself to you and your agenda on the earth.

In the name of Jesus Christ.I reject you satan and demons,

 you have nothing in me and I have nothing in you.

 I ask you Father in the name of Jesus Christ to fill me with your Holy Spirit right now.

 I receive the abundant outpouring of your Spirit upon my life in the name of Jesus Christ.

  In the name of Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.
