Title: Jesus Christ is the wisdom of God. 

“Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom.

 And in all your getting, get understanding.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭4:7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Point of Reflection: 

Wisdom is the "what to and how to" of God in everything you need to accomplish.

 Wisdom and understanding are keys that will unlock anything else you need in the service of God.

The word also teaches us that the LORD gives wisdom; 

From His mouth come knowledge and understanding (Proverbs‬ ‭2:6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬).

 It goes further to say that Jesus Christ is the wisdom of God (1Corinthians 1:30).

 When the Lord Jesus was about to leave He promised to send the Holy Spirit who would teach us all things.

“I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. 

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth:

 for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear,

 that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.”‭‭John‬ ‭16:12-14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The word of God further teaches us to pray for wisdom:

 “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally,

 and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering.

 For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.”‭‭James‬ ‭1:5-6‬ ‭KJV‬‬.

 King Solomon asked God for wisdom  to rule over God's people and God granted him. (See 2 Chronicles 1:8-12).

When you are ready-

Prayer: My Father I thank you for Jesus Christ whom you sent to die for my sin.

 I receive your forgiveness today and acknowledge the risen Jesus Christ as my Lord.

 My Father in the name of Jesus Christ I ask for wisdom in all I do.

 Thank you that Jesus Christ was made to be to me wisdom from God

 to show me what I need to do and how I ought to do it,

 so that I may accomplish the purposes of God on the earth. In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.

Confession:

I am a child of God washed in the blood of Jesus Christ and 

set apart for the purposes of Almighty God.

 I receive the wisdom of God, because wisdom is the principal thing.

 Jesus was made to be to me wisdom from God.
