Title: You have been given a portion of God.

“'The LORD is my portion,' says my soul, 'Therefore I hope in Him!' The LORD is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him. It is good that one should hope and wait quietly for the salvation of the LORD.”‭‭Lamentations‬ ‭3:24-26‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.

The Lord is your portion, that means He has given you a portion of Himself. He has handed over to you a portion of that which are His attributes. He is your rock, you have a portion of the rock, He is your deliverer, you have a portion in the deliverer, in Him  you can trust. In Him you can hope. In the same way He is your Healer, Provider, your Banner of victory, your Righteousness, your Shepherd, your Peace and more.

Point of Reflection:

His word tells us in Jeremiah 17:7-8: “Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, And whose hope is the LORD. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes; but its leaf will be green, and will not be anxious in the year of drought, nor will cease from yielding fruit.”‭‭His word says further in Jeremiah 17:13-14NKJV: "O LORD, the hope of Israel, All who forsake You shall be ashamed. Those who depart from Me Shall be written in the earth, Because they have forsaken the LORD, The fountain of living waters. Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; Save me, and I shall be saved, For You are my praise.”

‭‭He is your hope, He is your fountain of living waters. When He heals you, you are healed and when He saves you, you are saved. Why? Because you have been given a portion of God, a portion of God is at work in your life. You have been given an entitlement to His presence and working in your life. Glory be to God.  His word says in Romans 5:5 NKJV : “Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” We can hope in Him because we have a witness of the Holy Spirit in us, the Holy Spirit is our portion of God.
‭‭In Colossians 1:27 NKJV, His word says: To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” Jesus Christ in you is your portion of Almighty God.

Do you desire to celebrate the portion of Almighty God that has been given to you?

 You can hope in Him as you hold onto the portion of the rock given to be yours.

You can desire to experience the Holy Spirit for yourself, you can desire to experience the fullness of Jesus Christ as He dwells inside you by His Holy  Spirit, you can desire to experience His salvation because the Saviour is in you, you can desire to experience His healing because the Healer is in you. Glory be to God forevermore! When you are ready-

 Prayer: 

Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank you for sending Jesus Christ to be my portion of Almighty God. Thank you for the sacrifice of the cross. Today I receive the risen Jesus Christ as my Lord. I reject every working of the enemy satan and his demons in my life in the name of Jesus Christ. I ask you Father to fill me with your Holy Spirit right now in the name of Jesus Christ and I receive the outpouring of your Holy Spirit upon my life right now. In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.
