Title: He prevailed.

“And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.”‭‭Revelation‬ ‭5:4-6‬ ‭KJV‬‬.
You need a spirit of dominion, to enable you to prevail over the enemy and over situations the enemy will throw at you. To prevail is to have victory over, to come up on top, to triumph, come out ahead, to be victorious, to conquer, to overcome. That is what Jesus Christ, did for mankind.

Point of Reflection:
There was needed here someone to release the seven enabling spirits of dominion and victory for mankind over the enemy satan. Nobody was found in heaven and on earth and even among those who had already died. The situation was becoming desperate as this person was desperately needed. John the apostle wept much.

Then one of the elders came and told John to stop weeping but rather to rejoice and celebrate because there has been found One, worthy and well able, who had prevailed, One with dominion over all, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, Jesus Christ the Lamb who was slain. He loosed the seven seals releasing the sevenfold anointings we need for dominion and for victory. The seven fold anointings are the Spirit of the Lord, the spirit of wisdom, the spirit of understanding, the spirit of counsel, the spirit of might, the spirit of knowledge and the spirit of the fear of the Lord. (Isaiah 11:2). When these abide in you through the Holy Spirit you can never fail. Glory be to God forevermore.

Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank you for the prevailing Spirit of victory and dominion which I receive in Jesus Christ. I acknowledge the risen Jesus Christ as Lord of my life from today. Thank you Lord for your victory. In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.
