Title: It is the desire of God in Jesus Christ that you bear fruit for God and as you do, God the Father is glorified.
“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.”‭‭John‬ ‭15:5, 7-8‬ ‭NKJV‬
It is the desire of God in Jesus Christ that you bear fruit for God. That is why He promised that as we dwell in His presence He will make us exceedingly fruitful. In Genesis 17:6 (NKJV) His word declares: "I will make you exceedingly fruitful; and I will make nations of you, and kings shall come from you.”‭‭To bear fruit for God, we need to abide in His word, having a positive attitude to His word, an attitude that engages His word in the affairs of our lives. We also need to live in a daily relationship with Jesus Christ through prayer and to be in obedience to Him. Point of reflection:  God the Father is glorified when you bear fruit for Him. You need to 1. Abide in Jesus Christ by acknowledging the sacrifice He made when He suffered, died and rose again and then acknowledge Him as Lord of your life. 2. Seeking and allowing His word to dwell richly in you and having a positive attitude to it. 3. Having a daily relationship with Him through prayer. 4. Living in obedience to Him by allowing His Holy Spirit to fill you, empower, equip, and guide you. ( Acts 1:8). Do you desire this? When you are ready:
Prayer of commitment and consecration:Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank you for sending Jesus Christ to suffer and die for me. I acknowledge the risen Jesus Christ as Lord of my life today. I reject and denounce Satan and all His demons from the affairs of my life. I remind you that you were defeated and disarmed publicly and openly by Jesus Christ on the cross. I have nothing in you and you have nothing in me. I ask you Father in the name of Jesus Christ to fill and empower me by your Holy Spirit right now. I commit myself to your word and open my heart to the transforming power of your word upon my life.
