Title: You need to desire the manifestations of the kingdom of God in your life and on the earth.
“After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.”
Matthew 6:9-10 KJV
“For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.”
Romans 14:17 KJV.
It is the desire of Almighty God in Jesus Christ that His kingdom be manifested in your life. His word teaches us that God anointed Jesus Christ of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were sick because God was with Him. (Acts 10:38). Jesus Christ went about preaching the good news of the kingdom of God. His desire and mission was for people to experience for themselves the kingdom of God in their own lives. This is still the desire of Almighty God in Jesus Christ today, for His word declares Jesus Christ has not and does not change. It says "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.” Hebrews 13:8 KJV.
The kingdom of God has four critical components or ingredients : righteousness, peace, joy and power. Righteousness occurs as you align with God's thinking as regards sin and reject to co-operate with the enemy Satan (repentance). You then acknowledge the sacrifice made by Jesus Christ when He suffered and died on the cross and rose again. You finally acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord of your life. He will forgive your sin and give you the gift of eternal life. With this will come the peace of God which passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and His joy inexpressible (1Peter 1:8). His word teaches us that: “For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.”
1 Corinthians 4:20 KJV. “His word also says in 1Corinthians 2:4 "And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:” As you seek His word and pray earnestly, yearn for and desire the manifestations of the kingdom of God on the earth and in your life.
Call for Action: 1. Will you desire and seek the manifestations of the kingdom of Almighty God in your life?
2. Will you pray for the manifestations of the kingdom of God on planet earth?
If yes begin with the following:
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank you that your one and only Son Jesus Christ was manifested on the earth, to release the kingdom of God into my life, and into billions of lives across planet earth. I acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord of my life today. My Father I also ask you today, to pour out your Holy Spirit to cause salvation of souls and a manifestation of the kingdom of Almighty God across planet earth, in Jesus Christ's name, I pray. Amen.
