Title: It is the desire of Almighty God in Jesus Christ that you be a vessel of honor in His house.
“But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.”
2 Timothy 2:20-21 KJV
“In that day, saith the Lord of hosts, will I take thee, O Zerubbabel, my servant, the son of Shealtiel, saith the Lord, and will make thee as a signet: for I have chosen thee, saith the Lord of hosts.”
Haggai 2:23 KJV
Almighty God desires that you be a vessel of honour in His house, sanctified, set apart for His purposes, meet for the Master's use and prepared for every good work. The Almighty God wants you to be part of the team He will use to accomplish His agenda on planet earth. To be a vessel of honour, you need to make quality decisions in response to the call of Almighty God, upon your life. You need to say yes to His calling, and then consecrate yourself to do His will, to seek first His kingdom knowing that everything else you need will be added to you. You need to seek His will for your life, to desire and seek the strength and empowerment of the Holy Spirit, to cry for His grace and enabling for everyday. He wants you to give Him your heart, to do things for Him whole-heartedly, knowing that He is good, He is just, He is faithful, He is righteous and in every situation He desires the best for you.
As you set yourself apart for Him, His word says you will be as precious as a signet ring of high value in the hands of the Lord. (Haggai 2:23). His word also says: Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.” Isaiah 49:16 KJV. So as you make this quality decision, your picture will be printed onto the palm of His hand, and you will be kept under His watchful gaze continually.
Call for Action: Will you commit to set yourself apart for Him, to seek His will for your life? Will you denounce every working of the enemy Satan in your life including those you may not be conscious of? If yes, the following prayer will assist you if said sincerely from the heart.
Prayer: Heavenly Father in the name in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank you for your grace and mercy. Thank you for sending Jesus Christ to die for my sin. I believe that He rose again from the dead the third day. I open my life to you today Lord Jesus Christ, forgive my sin and make me your child. Today I commit my life to you, I set myself apart for you and renounce every working of the enemy Satan upon my life. I ask you to empower and fill me by your Holy Spirit. In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.
