Title: Abide in Jesus Christ and bear fruit.

“Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.”
‭‭John‬ ‭15:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

It is the desire of God the Father that you bear fruit for Him and that your fruit may remain. When you bear fruit for God, He is glorified.

Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.”
‭‭John‬ ‭15:8‬ ‭KJV‬‬
To bear fruit for Jesus Christ we need to : 
1. Let His word abide in us and guide us in all we do.

“If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.”
‭‭2. To do what His word instructs us to do.
"If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.”
‭‭John‬ ‭15:10‬ ‭KJV
3. Yield to the Holy Spirit so that He manifests His fruits through you.
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5:22-23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank you for Jesus Christ, my Saviour. Lord Jesus I commit myself to abide in you, to abide in your word and to obey your commandments. Amen.

Confession: I am a child of God. I abide in Jesus Christ. I let His word empower and rule in my life. I obey His commandments.
