The disciples and apostles including Simon Peter, remained fearful, impotent and carnal
after having walked with Jesus Christ and being taught by Him for three years.
During this time, they witnessed all the miracles He did, seeing the dead being raised,
five thousand being fed, sea storms being quietened.
It really means head knowledge is not enough to give you power of conviction and boldness.
Seeing miracles is not enough to give power of conviction,
boldness and ability to demonstrate the power of God.
Witnessing Lazarus being raised from the dead is not enough.
Jesus Christ told them not to leave Jerusalem but to wait for the Holy Spirit.
When they were filled with the Holy Spirit, everything changed.
They had a strong conviction of the word, they became bold and addressed thousands of people,
they could perform miracles in the name of Jesus Christ.
The word of God started spreading and growing.
If men who walked with Jesus Christ needed the Holy Spirit, we do equally if not more!
Remember the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Jesus Christ.
Do you desire to be endured with power from on high?
You need passionate desire to be filled with the Holy Spirit.
You need also to understand the Holy Spirit is received by believing His promises alone- it is by faith.
Luke 8:11 says "If you then, being evil. know how to give good gifts to your children,
how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask Him?
Remember also that Jesus Christ opened a way for you to receive the Holy Spirit by faith. Galatians 3:13-14:
Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”),
that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
He was cursed by hanging on a tree, so that you can receive the blessing of Abraham through faith- please understand that the beginning point of the blessing of Abraham is receiving the Holy Spirit.
Further you need to hunger and thirst after the Holy Spirit.
His word says in Psalms 42:1-2: As the deer pants for the water brooks,
So pants my soul for You, O God.
My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.
When shall I come and appear before God?
Are you hungering and thirsting after the Holy Spirit?
When you are ready-
Prayer for receiving the Holy Spirit:
Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank you for sending Jesus Christ to die for my sin.
I receive the risen Jesus Christ as Lord of my life today and confess you as my Lord.
I reject, denounce and renounce every working and influence of the enemy satan and his demons upon my life.
I am thirsting after you Holy Spirit.
I ask you Father in the name of Jesus Christ to fill me with your Holy Spirit right now.
You say in your word that if we evil as we are know how to give good gifts to our children,
how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him.
I believe more than a zillion times multiplied..
I ask you Father to fill me with your Holy Spirit right now in the name of Jesus Christ.
I thank you by faith that it is done. I celebrate you Holy Spirit in my life today.
In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.

Year in Focus
2026 The Year of Almighty God's Special Treasure
2026 is the year of Almighty God’s special treasure.
In this year, Almighty God wants you to engage with Him as a person after His own heart who desires to accomplish His purpose, plan and will.
A person who seeks the burden of Almighty God as you pray and intercede, as you witness the love of Jesus Christ through your various platforms
and as you exercise faithful stewardship of your time, of the mysteries of God entrusted to you and of substance.
His word tells us in Psalms 89:19-23:
'Then You spoke in a vision to Your holy one, and said: “I have given help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people.
20 I have found My servant, David; With My holy oil I have anointed him,
21 With whom My hand shall be established; also, My arm shall strengthen him.
22The enemy shall not outwit him, Nor the son of wickedness afflict him (NKJV).
23 I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague those who hate him.'
In 2026 there is help ordained for you from Almighty God. You have been waiting upon God with your heart focused on Him, on establishing His hand on Planet Earth.
Receive the help of God. Let the anointing of the Holy Spirit flow upon your life as you meditate on His word.
What you need to know:
Our Almighty God is a faithful God, that means He is trustworthy, He is dependable and follows things through.
His word tells us:
'He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.' I Thessalonians 5:24.
'Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.' Genesis 28:15 (NKJV).
'Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised. There has not failed one word of all His good promise, which He promised through His servant Moses. ' 1 Kings 8:56 (NKJV).
Remember:
'God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
20 Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.' Numbers 23:19-20 (NKJV).
(see also Isaiah 46:9-11, Isaiah 14:24-27)
What you need to understand and have a revelation of:
There is in the calendar of God something called the fullness of time.
His word tells us:
'Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.'
Habakkuk 2:2-3 (NKJV).
Remember also:
'Now the sojourn of the children of Israel who lived in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years.
41And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years—on that very same day—it came to pass that all the armies of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt. 'Exodus 12:40-41 (NKJV).
In fact, it was precise to the second- at midnight, at the stroke of midnight first-borns were struck and Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron and said -Go and serve your God.
We read in Galatians 4:4-5:
'But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,
5 to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.' (NKJV).
In your life and in the Ministry, you need to wait upon Him, but while you wait be busy doing what needs to be done today.
What you need to do-
a) Keep your eyes on the word of God.
His word tells us:
'Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.' Colossians 3:16 (NKJV).
'Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.
And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.' John 8:31-32 (NKJV).
b) Be conscious of the presence of the Holy Spirit in your life.
We read in John 14:15-17 (AMPC):
' If you [really] love Me, you will keep (obey) My commands.
16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever–
17 The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome, take to its heart), because it does not see Him or know and recognize Him. But you know and recognize Him, for He lives with you [constantly] and will be in you.'
c) Be in prayer.
His word teaches us:
'Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—
19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, ' Ephesians 6:18-19 (NKJV).
d) Remember your personal prayer agenda with God.
His word teaches us:
'Then the Lord said, “Hear what the unjust judge said. And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”' Luke 18:6-8 (NKJV).
Psalms 91:15 tells us:
'He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.' (NKJV).
Almighty God has promised to answer you as you ask in the name of Jesus Christ.
Much grace and peace be multiplied to you.
In the service of Jesus Christ.
