Title: The pearl of great price is worth all you have.

“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field,

which a man found and hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls,

who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭13:44-46‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.

In these parables Jesus Christ likened the kingdom of heaven to treasure hid in a field

which when a man found hid again and went and sold all he had and came back to buy that field.

Notice he bought the field not just the treasure.

In the next parable, a professional merchant, specialist in trade found a pearl of great price,

went and sold not some of his goods but all that he had and came back to buy it.

Point of reflection:

Notice these two got a revelation of how precious and how valuable the kingdom of heaven is.

To be a disciple of Jesus Christ takes this revelation.

They also had a taste of the joy of the kingdom of heaven.

The man bought the field with the treasure not just the treasure.

He understood it is a package and sometimes sacrifices need to be made when you are a disciple of Jesus Christ.

That is why Jesus Christ said in Mark 8:34 NKJV,

“Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.”

The cross of following Jesus is doing the will of God, rather than your own will.

Notice he went and sold all- the cost of the field was all he had.

The cost of following Jesus Christ and being His disciple is all you have,

giving your whole heart to God, allowing Him to rule and be Lord over your life, seeking His will in all you do.

That is why His word says in 2 Corinthians 5:15 NKJV

"And He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves,

but for Him who died for them and rose again.”

As you grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ,

He wants you to grow from just being a born again believer to being a disciple of Jesus Christ.

At this point you learn to 'sell' all, so that you follow Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ will not want you to sell all your estate to follow Him in the literal sense,

He will expect you however to offer to Him everything you have.

In other words, He wants to be your Lord and Saviour.

Let Him rule over you, your affairs and your all.

After that He expects you to use all you have to do His will.

You will be able to say "I am yours Lord with all that I am and with all that I am not,

with all that I have and do not have, I give my life to you."

This is a statement of consecration or setting yourself apart for God to do His will.

Do you desire this?

 When you are ready-

Prayer of commitment and consecration:

Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank you that Jesus Christ was made sin for me

so that I may become the righteousness of God in Him.

Thank you that He rose from the dead for my justification.

I acknowledge the risen Jesus Christ as Lord of my life today.

I commit myself  to be a disciple of Jesus Christ, to follow Him with all my heart.

I reject, renounce and denounce the enemy satan and his demons,

you have nothing in me and I have nothing in you.

In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.

Year in Focus

2026 The Year of Almighty God's Special Treasure

2026 is the year of Almighty God’s special treasure.

In this year, Almighty God wants you to engage with Him as a person after His own heart who desires to accomplish His purpose, plan and will.

A person who seeks the burden of Almighty God as you pray and intercede, as you witness the love of Jesus Christ through your various platforms

and as you exercise faithful stewardship of your time, of the mysteries of God entrusted to you and of substance.

His word tells us in Psalms 89:19-23:

'Then You spoke in a vision to Your holy one, and said: “I have given help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people.

20 I have found My servant, David; With My holy oil I have anointed him,

21 With whom My hand shall be established; also, My arm shall strengthen him.

22The enemy shall not outwit him, Nor the son of wickedness afflict him (NKJV).

23 I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague those who hate him.'

In 2026 there is help ordained for you from Almighty God. You have been waiting upon God with your heart focused on Him, on establishing His hand on Planet Earth.

Receive the help of God. Let the anointing of the Holy Spirit flow upon your life as you meditate on His word.

What you need to know:

Our Almighty God is a faithful God, that means He is trustworthy, He is dependable and follows things through.

His word tells us:

'He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.' I Thessalonians 5:24.

'Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.' Genesis 28:15 (NKJV).

'Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised. There has not failed one word of all His good promise, which He promised through His servant Moses. ' 1 Kings 8:56 (NKJV).

Remember:

'God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

20 Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.' Numbers 23:19-20 (NKJV).

(see also Isaiah 46:9-11, Isaiah 14:24-27)

What you need to understand and have a revelation of:

There is in the calendar of God something called the fullness of time.

His word tells us:

'Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.

3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.'

Habakkuk 2:2-3 (NKJV).

Remember also:

'Now the sojourn of the children of Israel who lived in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years.

41And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years—on that very same day—it came to pass that all the armies of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt. 'Exodus 12:40-41 (NKJV).

In fact, it was precise to the second- at midnight, at the stroke of midnight first-borns were struck and Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron and said -Go and serve your God.

We read in Galatians 4:4-5:

'But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

5  to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.' (NKJV).

In your life and in the Ministry, you need to wait upon Him, but while you wait be busy doing what needs to be done today.

What you need to do-

a) Keep your eyes on the word of God.

His word tells us:

'Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.' Colossians 3:16 (NKJV).

'Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.

And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.' John 8:31-32 (NKJV).

b) Be conscious of the presence of the Holy Spirit in your life.

We read in John 14:15-17 (AMPC):

' If you [really] love Me, you will keep (obey) My commands.

16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever–

17 The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome, take to its heart), because it does not see Him or know and recognize Him. But you know and recognize Him, for He lives with you [constantly] and will be in you.'

c) Be in prayer.

His word teaches us:

'Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—

19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, ' Ephesians 6:18-19 (NKJV).

d) Remember your personal prayer agenda with God.

His word teaches us:

'Then the Lord said, “Hear what the unjust judge said. And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”' Luke 18:6-8 (NKJV).

Psalms 91:15 tells us:

'He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.' (NKJV).

Almighty God has promised to answer you as you ask in the name of Jesus Christ.

Much grace and peace be multiplied to you.

In the service of Jesus Christ.
