Title: Jesus Christ redeemed you from sickness and disease through the suffering and pain that He experienced,

He bore and carried away your infirmities.

“Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken,

smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions,

He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,

And by His stripes we are healed.” Isaiah‬ ‭53:4-5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.

The word of God teaches us in Matthew 8 :16-17 that when the evening had come they brought to Jesus Christ

many people afflicted with evil spirits which He cast out with His word and healed all who were sick.

The word of God teaches us that He did this in order to fulfill that which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet that

He Himself Jesus Christ, bore or carried our infirmities and sicknesses.

The Amplified Bible puts it this way:

“...He Himself took in order to carry away our weaknesses and infirmities and bore away our diseases."

‭‭He, Jesus Christ, took in order to carry away our weaknesses and infirmities and bore away our diseases.

You may ask: What does the beating and pain of Jesus Christ has to do with my disease and sicknesses?

Understand this: Jesus Christ was and is God. The scriptures tell us Colossians 2:9 that in Him dwells all the fullness of  the Godhead bodily.

Jesus Christ did not have to suffer pain because He was and is Almighty God, He is Jehovah, Yahweh.

Almighty God allowed Him to suffer pain for a purpose- the purpose was to redeem you and me from disease and sickness,

pain and all kinds of infirmities- both mental and physical.

He bought back your right to health and wellbeing through the suffering He did. Glory to God Almighty.

 Point of reflection:

1 Peter 2:24 AMP tells us:

"He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered Himself on it],

that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness.

By His wounds you have been healed.”

Jesus Christ bore our sins on the cross but He was also wounded on the weeping post, and on the cross.

The pain He suffered was to take away our pain and infirmities (physical and mental weaknesses).

He was our substitute in suffering pain.

Your heart (mind, intellect, emotions, will and consience) needs to understand this and be fully persuaded about it.

 Glory be to God.

Take some time to declare and celebrate this fact.

When you are ready-

Prayer of declaration and celebration:

Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ I thank you for the sacrifice made by Jesus Christ

when He suffered and died on the cross.

I thank you that He carried away my sin and also bore my diseases and infirmities.

Thank you that I am forgiven all my sin and healed of all my infirmities.

I acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord of my life today.

Thank you Father for total healing and deliverance.

In the name of Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.

Year in Focus

2026 The Year of Almighty God's Special Treasure

2026 is the year of Almighty God’s special treasure.

In this year, Almighty God wants you to engage with Him as a person after His own heart who desires to accomplish His purpose, plan and will.

A person who seeks the burden of Almighty God as you pray and intercede, as you witness the love of Jesus Christ through your various platforms

and as you exercise faithful stewardship of your time, of the mysteries of God entrusted to you and of substance.

His word tells us in Psalms 89:19-23:

'Then You spoke in a vision to Your holy one, and said: “I have given help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people.

20 I have found My servant, David; With My holy oil I have anointed him,

21 With whom My hand shall be established; also, My arm shall strengthen him.

22The enemy shall not outwit him, Nor the son of wickedness afflict him (NKJV).

23 I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague those who hate him.'

What you need to know:

Our Almighty God is a faithful God, that means He is trustworthy, He is dependable and follows things through.

His word tells us:

'He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.' I Thessalonians 5:24.

'Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.' Genesis 28:15 (NKJV).

'Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised. There has not failed one word of all His good promise, which He promised through His servant Moses. ' 1 Kings 8:56 (NKJV).

Remember:

'God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

20 Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.' Numbers 23:19-20 (NKJV).

(see also Isaiah 46:9-11, Isaiah 14:24-27)

What you need to understand and have a revelation of:

There is in the calendar of God something called the fullness of time.

His word tells us:

'Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.

3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.'

Habakkuk 2:2-3 (NKJV).

Remember also:

'Now the sojourn of the children of Israel who lived in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years.

41And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years—on that very same day—it came to pass that all the armies of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt. 'Exodus 12:40-41 (NKJV).

In fact, it was precise to the second- at midnight, at the stroke of midnight first-borns were struck and Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron and said -Go and serve your God.

We read in Galatians 4:4-5:

'But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

5  to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.' (NKJV).

In your life and in the Ministry, you need to wait upon Him, but while you wait be busy doing what needs to be done today.

What you need to do-

a) Keep your eyes on the word of God.

His word tells us:

'Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.' Colossians 3:16 (NKJV).

'Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.

And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.' John 8:31-32 (NKJV).

b) Be conscious of the presence of the Holy Spirit in your life.

We read in John 14:15-17 (AMPC):

' If you [really] love Me, you will keep (obey) My commands.

16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever–

17 The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome, take to its heart), because it does not see Him or know and recognize Him. But you know and recognize Him, for He lives with you [constantly] and will be in you.'

c) Be in prayer.

His word teaches us:

'Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—

19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, ' Ephesians 6:18-19 (NKJV).

d) Remember your personal prayer agenda with God.

His word teaches us:

'Then the Lord said, “Hear what the unjust judge said. And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”' Luke 18:6-8 (NKJV).

Psalms 91:15 tells us:

'He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.' (NKJV).

Almighty God has promised to answer you as you ask in the name of Jesus Christ.

Much grace and peace be multiplied to you.

In the service of Jesus Christ.
