Title: It is the desire of God in Jesus Christ that you arise and shine

 with the light of God.

“Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. 

For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people;

 But the LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you.” Isaiah 60:1-2 NKJV.

As you accept the sacrifice made by Jesus Christ when He suffered, died and rose again,

and acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord of your life, 

He desires to lift you up so that you can shine with the light of God.

 For this to happen He needs to make you a kind, a God kind. 

You need to allow the word of God to dwell in you richly in all wisdom (Colossians 3:16),

 to allow your mind to be transformed by the word of God. (Romans 12:2). 

You also need to allow the Holy Spirit of God to empower you. 

That is why Jesus Christ told His disciples in Acts 1:7-8 (NKJV): 

And He said to them, “It is not for you to know times

or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority. 

But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you;

and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, 

and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”


Point of reflection:

 Every living thing which God made has a seed in itself 

 capable of producing and multiplying after its kind.(Genesis 1:24-25). 

The most powerful Seed there can ever be however is the Word of God that produces after its kind, the God kind. (Luke 8:11-15). 

The word of Almighty God is Spirit and it is life (John 6:63).

Jesus Christ is the word of God (John 1:14, Revelations 19:13).

Desire the word of God to work in your life,

 earnestly desire to be filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit. 

You have a responsibility to prepare your heart to be good ground for the word. 

Critically you need to have a positive attitude to the word of God, 

let it penetrate deep into your mind, meditate upon it and embrace it whole-heartedly. 

As you do that the word of God will take root in you and will produce the fruit of the God-kind in you.

Prayer of commitment:

Heavenly Father I thank you for sending your one and only Son to suffer, die and rise again.

 I  ask you today Jesus Christ to be my Lord. 

You can have me with all that I am and with all that I am not, I give my life to you. Lord you can have me as your portion and as your inheritance.

I reject the enemy satan and his demons and in the name of Jesus Christ I command you to let me go and serve God.

 You have nothing in me and I have nothing in you. 

 I ask you Father in the name of Jesus Christ,  to fill me with your Holy Spirit  right now.

 I receive the abundant outpouring of your Spirit upon my life in the name of Jesus Christ.

I accept and embrace my Helper, my Comforter, my Counsellor, my Intercessor, 

my Advocate, my Strengthener, my Guide, my Teacher in the name of Jesus Christ.

Today Father I thank you for the strength to arise and shine with the light of Jesus Christ.

I bring before you the political leaders of this nation, this continent and the nations of Planet Earth.

I pray for wisdom as they make important decisions for peace and well-being.

I pray for your leading and guidance.

In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.

2026 The Year of Almighty God's Special Treasure

 

2026 is the year of Almighty God’s special treasure.

In this year, Almighty God wants you to engage with Him as a person after His own heart who desires to accomplish His purpose, plan and will.

A person who seeks the burden of Almighty God as you pray and intercede, as you witness the love of Jesus Christ through your various platforms 

and as you exercise faithful stewardship of your time, of the mysteries of God entrusted to you and of substance.

 

His word tells us in Psalms 89:19-23:

'Then You spoke in a vision to Your holy one, and said: “I have given help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people.

20 I have found My servant, David; With My holy oil I have anointed him,

21 With whom My hand shall be established; also, My arm shall strengthen him.

22The enemy shall not outwit him, Nor the son of wickedness afflict him (NKJV).

23 I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague those who hate him.'

 

What you need to know: 

Our Almighty God is a faithful God, that means He is trustworthy, He is dependable and follows things through.

 

His word tells us:

'He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.' I Thessalonians 5:24.

'Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.' Genesis 28:15 (NKJV).

 

'Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised. There has not failed one word of all His good promise, which He promised through His servant Moses. ' 1 Kings 8:56 (NKJV).

 

Remember:

'God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

20 Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.' Numbers 23:19-20 (NKJV).

What you need to understand and have a revelation of:

There is in the calendar of God something called the fullness of time.

His word tells us:

'Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.

3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.'

Habakkuk 2:2-3 (NKJV).

Remember also:

'Now the sojourn of the children of Israel who lived in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years.

41And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years—on that very same day—it came to pass that all the armies of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt. 'Exodus 12:40-41 (NKJV).

 

In fact, it was precise to the second- at midnight, at the stroke of midnight first-borns were struck and Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron and said -Go and serve your God.

We read in Galatians 4:4-5:

'But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

5  to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.' (NKJV).

In your life and in the Ministry, you need to wait upon Him, but while you wait be busy doing what needs to be done today.

 

What you need to do-

a) Keep your eyes on the word of God.

His word tells us:

'Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.' Colossians 3:16 (NKJV).

 

'Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.

And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.' John 8:31-32 (NKJV).

 

b) Be conscious of the presence of the Holy Spirit in your life.

 

We read in John 14:15-17 (AMPC):

' If you [really] love Me, you will keep (obey) My commands.

16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever–

17 The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome, take to its heart), because it does not see Him or know and recognize Him. But you know and recognize Him, for He lives with you [constantly] and will be in you.'

 

c) Be in prayer.

His word teaches us:

'Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—

19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, ' Ephesians 6:18-19 (NKJV).

 

d) Remember your personal prayer agenda with God.

His word teaches us:

'Then the Lord said, “Hear what the unjust judge said. And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”' Luke 18:6-8 (NKJV).

 

Psalms 91:15 tells us:

'He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.' (NKJV).

Almighty God has promised to answer you as you ask in the name of Jesus Christ.
