Is it not amazing how God visited a barren woman to bring forth one of the greatest deliverers of his time, Samson. 

You can compare this with the story of Isaac, Sarah was barren but she gave birth to Isaac,

 Hannah was barren and gave birth to Samuel, Elizabeth was barren and gave birth to John the Baptist, 

Mary knew not a man but bore Jesus Christ. You can see that all these people,

who were mightily used by Almighty God in their generations 

were brought forth in circumstances which would have been considered impossible, dead or barren in the natural.

 What happened- the Holy Spirit arrived on the scene, overshadowed them and the impossible became possible.

 Here is the key, Manoah's wife-we are not even told her name- was told- keep yourself clean-

 in other words- set yourself apart for God- consecrate yourself for God as this is the key for the Holy Spirit to work in your life. Praise be to God!

Point of reflection:

God want to use your barren areas to show forth His power to the world. 

 That is why His word says in 1 Corinthians 1:27-29 NKJV:

 "But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, 

and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty;

 and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, 

and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence.”‭

‭Notice He has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things that are mighty.

 Therefore child of God never despise humble beginnings, or the things around you that look weak, barren, impossible or even  dead.

 Set apart those things to God and let Him show you that He is God of the whole earth, 

let him show you His might, His power and His faithfulness. Glory be to God.

Do you desire to present to God your weakest attributes, your barrenness so that He can turn it to fruitfulness,

 your dead so that He can bring them to life? 

When you are ready-

Prayer of consecration:

 Heavenly Father, I thank you for giving us your Son Jesus Christ who suffered and died 

so that the weak things in my life may be given strength, 

the barren areas of my life may bear children,  the dead things may be given life.

 I acknowledge the risen Jesus Christ as Lord of my life from today.

I present to you Father my weak, barren and  dead situations today and set them apart for your service.

 I reject the enemy satan and his demons- you have nothing in me and I have nothing in you.

 I set myself apart and consecrate  my life for Almighty God and ask the Holy Spirit to overshadow me. 

 Thank you for giving life to every dead and humanly hopeless situation that I face.

I present to you today the weak, the barren and the dead of Planet Ministries.

 I speak and release strength, fruitfulness and  the life of Almighty God into every situation to the glory of God.

In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.

Year in Focus:

2025 The Year of the Overcomer.

His word says in 1 John 2:12-14:I write to you, little children,
Because your sins are forgiven you for His name’s sake.
13 I write to you, fathers, because you have known Him who is from the beginning.
I write to you, young men, because you have overcome the wicked one.
I write to you, little children, because you have known the Father.
14 I have written to you, fathers, because you have known Him who is from the beginning.
I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you,
And you have overcome the wicked one.

To overcome the wicked one you need the word of God to dwell in you richly, you need to know Him who

was from the beginning (to know God) and you need strong conviction regarding His promises to you. These are the three critical attributes of an overcomer.

He also says: Look among the nations and watch—Be utterly astounded!
For I will work a work in your days, which you would not believe, though it were told you. (Habakkuk 1:5)

Almighty God wants to work a work in our day, in your day, in the work of the Ministry and in your own life,

which you will not believe even if it is told you. For you to be a part of what He is doing, you need to acquire  and grow in the three critical attributes of an overcomer.

He says further: 

Then the Lord answered me and said:

“Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.
Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. (Habakkuk 2:2-3).

He says write the vision and make it plain upon tables that he may run who reads it.

As you enter another phase in your walk with God and as we enter a new phase in our calling as Planet Ministries, remember the vision is for an appointed time. 

That time is nigh. Wait for it, it will not be late by one second. Remember Genesis 18:10-14; Genesis 21: 1-2 and Exodus 12:40-41.

a) What you need to know:

We are moving into a period of accomplishing the vision which Almighty God has set before us.
There is in the calendar of God something called the fullness of time.
The vision is for an appointed time and that time is nigh.
You need the knowledge of the Father and His essential attributes, a knowledge of the word of God- you need the word of God to dwell in you richly

(see also Colossians 3:16) and you also need strength of conviction.

As these three attributes increase in you, they will make you to become an overcomer of the wicked one.

b) What you need to understand (or have a revelation of):

1. There is in the calendar of God something called the fullness of time.
2. As we enter the fullness of time you need to continue waiting upon God.
3. You need a revelation of the essential attributes of God.

That He is good to you all the time. He is holy, that means He gets it right all the time ( Leviticus 11:44-45;  His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:23);

His loving kindness is better than life (Psalms 63:3), He is faithful (1 Thessalonians 5:24; Genesis 28:15; 1 Kings 8:56; Numbers 23:19-20; Isaiah 46:9-11), 

He is righteous and He is just (Psalms 89:14). He promises to go before you. He says He will not fail you. (Joshua 1:5; Deuteronomy 31:6, 8;

1 Chronicles 28:20; Psalms 89:33-35).

c) What you need to do: Activities of 2025:

Run with the vision. Remember we are:

1. Witnessing the love of Jesus Christ and making disciples across the nations. (Matthew 28:18-20). Use every avenue available to you to send the message of the gospel.

2.We are praying and interceding to the God of the harvest to send labourers into the harvest. (Matthew 9:37-38; 1Timothy 2:1-5). Take time to pray.

3. We are faithful stewards of time, the mysteries of God and of substance. (Luke 12:42-44; Luke 16:10-12; 1 Corinthians 4:1-2; 1 Peter 4:10). Prayerfully examine your stewardship of time, mysteries

of God and substance.

4. We are light to the world- dispensing darkness- let your light so shine that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:14-16).

5. We are salt, condiment to the earth to give flavour and fight the unsavoury works of the enemy satan ( Matthew 5:13).

6. We release the fragrance of  the knowledge of Jesus Christ - God wants to diffuse through you the fragrance, perfume of the knowledge of Jesus Christ as you allow the fruit of the Holy Spirit to

manifest in your life. ( 2 Corinthians 14-15).

d) In all this remember to have your own personal agenda with God as you stand on His promises.

He says in John 16:24: Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.

He says in John 15:7: If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

He says in John 14:13-14: 

And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 

14 If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.

He also says in John 15:16: You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the

Father in My name He may give you. 

Remember, we have been given exceedingly great and precious promises that by these we may be partakers of divine nature. ( 2 Peter 1:4, John 16:24).

In this year of the overcomer, as you run with the vision, remember to have a personal prayer agenda with God.

Keep a prayer diary and tick things off, as He answers your prayers.

We love you as we invite you to be counted among the overcomers of the wicked one  in 2025  and beyond.

As you run with the vision, we are praying for you and wish you a 2025 filled with the victory that comes from God.
