Title: Engage God. 

“Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. 

The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

 Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain;

and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months. 

And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit.”‭‭James‬ ‭5:16-18‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know."‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭33:3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.

Point of Reflection:

It is the desire of God that you engage Him in prayer.

 His word says ask and it shall be given to you, seek and you will find, knock and the door shall be opened to you.

 Asking, seeking and knocking are attitudes of the heart.

 The key to all our asking, seeking and knocking is the Holy Spirit.

 Seek Him first because in Him is everything you need to ask for, 

everything you need to seek for and He has the key to every door you need opening.

 You need His guidance, His wisdom and His power.

 You need Him to reveal to you the will of God.

 He activates the word of God inside you to make it live and real.

 He knows the direction God wants you to take and the will of God for you.

 He knows the purpose for which God is raising you up.

 Before you ask for anything else after acknowledging Jesus as Lord,

 ask for and have a passionate desire for  the empowering and infilling of the Holy Spirit.

 With His help, engage God in prayer.

 Commit your ways to Him, in all your ways acknowledge Him and let Him direct your paths.

You may be asking how did Elijah manage to successfully engage God in prayer?

Prayer of faith:

Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank you for sending Jesus to die for my redemption.

 Today I confess the risen Jesus Christ as Lord of my life.

 I set myself apart and consecrate myself to you Lord. I say Jesus Christ, have your way in my life, do your will in my life.

 I reject, denounce and renounce satan and his demons from my life.

 I ask you Father in the name of Jesus Christ to fill me and empower me by your Holy Spirit right now.

 I receive the abundant outpouring of your Holy Spirit upon my life in the name of Jesus Christ.

Holy Spirit I thank you in the name of Jesus Christ for empowering me.

 Thank you for revealing to me the will of God.

 Thank you for guiding and leading me.

 Thank you for making the word of God alive in me. 

Thank you that in you is everything I need.

 I commit all my ways to you.

 I commit my future to you.

 I commit my family to you.

I present to you today my own needs............................

 I commit Planet Ministries to you.

 I commit each and every one of your children across planet earth to you.

 I ask you to confirm your word as it is preached across planet earth with undeniable miracles,  signs and wonders.

 Thank you for healing the sick and raise the dead in the name of Jesus Christ 

so that all glory may come to you alone the only true God and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.

 I ask you to move by your Holy Spirit and save souls across planet earth in the name of Jesus Christ.

 Move by your Holy Spirit in every village of planet earth and raise pastors after your own heart to shepherd your people.
