Title: He alone.

“He found him in a desert land and in the wasteland, a howling wilderness; He encircled him, He instructed him, He kept him as the apple of His eye. As an eagle stirs up its nest, Hovers over its young, Spreading out its wings, taking them up, carrying them on its wings, So the LORD alone led him, And there was no foreign god with him.”‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭32:10-12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.

He found, He encircled, He instructed, He kept, He carried, He led: there was no foreign, no strange or alien god found with him.  

Point of reflection: 

Let the God that found you in a wasteful and howling wilderness, who encircled you to keep you safe and well, who instructed you in His word and in His ways, who carries you on His Eagles's wings. Let that God continue to lead and guide you and do not give any opportunity to a foreign, strange god.There are many potential distractions in your walk with God. There is therefore a need to remain focussed, principled and spiritually alert.  That is why Jesus Christ said in His word  "My sheep hear my voice, I know them and they follow me." John 10:27 NKJV.

Prayer of consecration:

Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ I thank you for finding me today. Thank you that I can declare that you found me in a howling and wasteful wilderness, thank you for encircling me to keep me safe and well. Thank you Lord for instructing me in your word and in your ways and for carrying me on Eagles's wings. Continue Lord to lead and guide me in all I do everyday, guide me into your purposes everyday. I set myself apart for you to accomplish your will and your purpose everyday. I acknowledge the risen Jesus Christ as Lord of my life today. I reject every working of the enemy satan and his demons upon my life. I ask you Father in the name of Jesus Christ to fill me with your Holy Spirit right now. To you Father I give all the glory. In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.
