Title:It is the desire of Almighty God in Jesus Christ that you join the wise, who will shine as stars.
“Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever.”
Daniel 12:3 NKJV.
Do you desire to turn someone to righteousness? If you do the word of God calls you wise. It goes further to say the wise, those who turn many to righteousness, shall shine like the brightness if the firmament and like stars forever and ever. Please understand that turning many to righteousness begins with a desire. The Lord will equip those with the desire to do it. Jesus Christ said in Matthew 9:37-38: Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”
So then if you desire to turn many to righteousness, your beginning point is to pray to the Lord of the harvest to send preachers? Pastors ? Evangelists? No- to send labourers into His harvest. It is not the titles, it is the actions that will deliver for God.
Point of reflection: There is one breed of people that the Lord God Almighty needs in our day more than anything else for the harvest that is before us- it is people with a desire for others to come to know God- a big enough desire that they will do one critical thing- to pray the Lord of the harvest- that He may send labourers into the harvest, that He may move by His Holy Spirit to convict the lost and bring them to Jesus Christ, that He may confirm the word preached with signs and wonders following, that He may manifest the power of His Spirit at every corner of Planet Earth, in every village of this planet, touching the big and the small. Prayer: My Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ I come to you Lord with thanks giving. Thank you for revealing to me your goodness and grace. I commit myself today to join your winning team of intercessors as I pray today Lord for the harvest, for many across this nation and across planet earth to come to the true knowledge of Jesus Christ. Move by your Spirit O God and confirm the word preached by your servants with signs, wonders and undeniable miracles. Let your power be seen openly. Prove yourself God Almighty, as you send labourers into your harvest O God across planet earth so that all glory may be given to your name Father. In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.
Call for Action: Can you commit to take at least 5 minutes of everyday to pray for the harvest? As you do God will raise you up and reveal to you His burdens and the secrets of the Kingdom of Heaven. Your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. Glory to God.
