Summary
Easter represents the most powerful event in human history. It represents the biggest legal battle in history which was followed by the greatest show of force sent to enforce the victory verdict of that legal battle. The suffering and death of Jesus Christ provides for you and mankind the legal basis to reclaim a life of victory and success devoid of the negatives that resulted from the fall of man and the resulting sin and judgement.
The resurrection of Jesus Christ on the other hand released for you and mankind the power you need to enforce that legal verdict, and turn every negative situation you face to a positive one, to perfect you, to make you the perfect person, the perfect human being. The battle was fought to give you the legal basis to overcome human weaknesses and the source of all human weaknesses who is the wicked one, Satan. When Jesus Christ suffered and died on cross of Calvary, He gave a fatal blow to the author of all negatives and failures who is Satan.
The bible also describes him as a liar, the author and father of all lies, a thief, a murderer, a destroyer, a deceiver of the whole world, an accuser of brethren, the evil one and author of all evil. Not only did Jesus give Satan a fatal blow when He suffered and died on the cross, but also God the Father, in the biggest show of force ever seen, released for you the enabling power of force, the resurrection power when He raised Jesus Christ from the dead. This legal victory verdict was followed by the release of the power you need to overcome human weaknesses, the power you need to enforce the legal victory verdict.
The power released by God through the Lord Jesus, has the capacity to reverse in its entirety, every negative trait, and every negative situation or circumstance that you may be facing in your life, if you can receive this power into your life. It opens the way for you to experience the width and length and depth and height of the love of Jesus Christ which passes all knowledge and understanding. It enables you to experience and be filled with all the fullness of God, to be filled and experience the divine presence. With this comes the capacity to love others unconditionally.
The suffering and death of Jesus Christ gives you the legal right to positives in your life and the resurrection power gives you the power of enforcement, the enabling power to make those positives happen, become a reality and manifest in your life. It is critical that you have a complete understanding of the significance of the events we are commemorating this Easter and how you can incorporate the legal victory verdict and the enforcement power of the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ into your life, situation and circumstance.
In this message, I will refer to portions of scripture to give you a full understanding of the legal victory verdict resulting from the suffering and death of the Lord Jesus Christ and the power of enforcement which was released at His resurrection. I will then give you a step by step guide of what you need to do to incorporate the victory verdict and power of enforcement into your everyday life.
Finally I will talk to God Almighty on your behalf in prayer. I am under instruction from Almighty God to pray two prayers for you, the first to release the saving power of Jesus Christ into your life and the second a prayer to release the delivering power of Almighty God to deliver you from every form of bondage and negative of the wicked one, Satan. You will need to renounce Satan and demons and every manifestation of evil from your life. The result will be that if you can believe, the perfect man or woman in you will be released, the negative traits in you will be reversed, and you will know a new kind of freedom to live and serve yourself, your family, your friends, your community and mankind at large and you will serve God Almighty your creator and make the world a better place for all. All biblical quotations are from New King James Version (NKJ) unless otherwise stated.
When Jesus Christ the Son of God came down to earth in a special arrangement referred to in our earlier broadcast “Christmas Message” to which you are referred, He was on a special mission. The first question you could be asking is:
What was the necessity of this mission?
Why do you and mankind need a Saviour?
Let me explore this in some detail to understand the problem that mankind faced. In short we are all born in sin, we are all born sinners, we are born separated from God, without communion with Him, we are born in bondage to the enemy of God and mankind, Satan. Not only are we born in sin (resulting in spiritual death or separation from God) we are also born under judgement (the withdrawal of privileges which God did following the fall of man). I will explore these two words, sin and judgement to fully understand the predicament of mankind. That is why the scriptures say in Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”. In Isaiah 53:6 “All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned, every one, to his own way; and the Lord has laid on Him (Jesus Christ) the iniquity of us all.” In Psalms 51:5 the psalmist says “Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin my mother conceived me.”
How did this happen? To understand this we need to go back to Genesis 3: verses 1-19.
Now please understand that Big Bang Theory of creation has nothing at all to add to our spiritual understanding of the eternal and unchangeable truths of the story of creation. We read:
1 Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?”
2 And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden;
3 but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’”
4 Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die.
5 For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.
7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings.
8 And they heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden.
9 Then the Lord God called to Adam and said to him, “Where are you?”
10 So he said, “I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself.”
11 And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?”
12 Then the man said, “The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate”
13 And the Lord said to the woman, “What is this you have done?” The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”
14 So the Lord God said to the serpent: “Because you have done this, you are cursed more than all cattle, and more than every beast of the field; on your belly you shall go and you shall eat dust all the days of your life.
15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your heard and you shall bruise his heel.”
16 To the woman He said: “I will greatly multiply your sorrow and your conception; in pain you shall bring forth children; your desire shall be for your husband, and he shall rule over you.”
17 Then to Adam He said, “Because you have heeded the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying ‘You shall not eat of it’:
Cursed is the ground for your sake; in toil you shall eat of it all the days of your life.
18 Both thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you, and you shall eat the herb of the field.
19 In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; for dust you are, and to dust you shall return.”
We notice here when Adam and Eve, the first human beings created by God disobeyed God following deceit from Satan and ate the forbidden fruit, the immediate consequence was spiritual death, spiritual separation from God. In that state one cannot have fellowship with God and is not subject to God but is under the influence and dominion of the enemy of God and mankind Satan.
Then came the second problem. The Lord God appeared on the seen and made legal declarations- judgements of withdrawing privileges which Adam and Eve had hitherto enjoyed.. Put simply – God then said because you have obeyed Satan and have sold out to him, I am withdrawing from you certain privileges you have hitherto enjoyed. First you shall have poverty and lack and you will need to toil for food. In that effort you will be frustrated by barren-ness (thorns and briers) of the ground. Secondly you will suffer pain and sickness (physical and mental). Thirdly there shall be enmity between Satan and mankind. Satan will do everything in his power to frustrate the purposes and endeavours of mankind.
Let me give a brief summary here: The problem of mankind are a direct consequence of sin- resulting in spiritual death, eternal separation from God and a consequence of judgement-the consequent withdrawal of privileges that God did following the fall of man.
The Lord God then immediately conceived a plan to reverse the predicament of mankind, a plan of redemption. In this plan as we see in verse 15 of the portion of scripture we have read, the Seed of the woman (a reference to Jesus Christ) would be raised by God to bruise the head of the serpent Satan resulting in complete reversal of the consequences of sin and the consequences of judgement.
Please understand that the plan of redemption was put in place by God even before the fall of man because God had foreseen it happen. That is why 1 Peter 1:18-20 says: “Knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.
20 He indeed (Jesus Christ) was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you”.
Romans 5: 12-19 says: Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned
13 (For until the law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come.
15 But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.
16 And the gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned. For the judgement which came from the one offense resulted in condemnation, but the free gift which came from many offenses resulted in justification.
17 For if by one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)
18 Therefore, as through one man’s offense, judgement came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s righteous act the free gift came to all men resulting in justification of life.
19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.
Therefore through the fall of Adam sin and withdrawal of privileges (judgement) came to all mankind; in Christ came forgiveness of sin, redemption, buying back of lost rights and privileges as well as the reversal of judgement so that man can be fully restored to the position he had before the fall of man.
Please take particular note of verse 17 of the portion of scripture we has just read “For if by one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ”. Notice the word reign- through Adam death reigned- that means negative traits, sin, behaviours underpinned by Satan has control over your life, in Christ that authority and ruler-ship is restored.
There are four critical areas that I need to take you through and give you a complete understanding of areas where you were given authority to “reign in life through Jesus Christ”.
These areas are:
1. Reign in life through Christ because the devil Satan was defeated on the cross.
2. Reign in life in health because Jesus carried our sicknesses and infirmities (both physical and mental).
3. Reign in life in blessing because Jesus broke the curse of poverty and lack, so that the blessing of Abraham can come to your life.
4. Reign in life in righteousness, right standing with God because He shed blood and died for your sin and ushered you into eternal life.
I will now go through these in turn to give you complete understanding of the completed work of redemption that the Lord Jesus Christ accomplished for you and mankind.
1. Colossians 2:15 tells us “Having disarmed principalities and powers, He (Jesus Christ) made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it (the cross). The Contemporary English Version puts it this way “There (on the cross) Christ defeated all powers and forces (referring to Satan). He let the whole world see them being led away as prisoners when He celebrated His victory”. In 1 John 3:8 the scriptures say:[But] he who commits sin [who practices evildoing] is of the devil [takes his character from the evil one], for the devil has sinned [violated divine law] from the beginning, the reason the Son of God was made manifest (visible) was to undo (destroy, loosen and dissolve) the works the devil [has done] (Amplified AMP).
In Hebrews 2:14-15 His word also says “Since, therefore, [these His] children share in flesh and blood [nature of human beings], He [Himself] in a similar manner partook of the same [nature], that by [going through] death He might bring to nought and make of no effect him who had the power of death- that is the devil-And also that He might deliver and completely set free all those who through the [haunting] fear of death were held in bondage throughout the whole course of their lives”(AMP).
The Lord Jesus therefore when He was dying on the cross, in the spiritual realm annihilated the power of Satan and the power of Satan over the things that he controlled that is death- He disarmed Satan and triumphed over him publicly, He led him captive, He imprisoned Him. Jesus on the cross accomplished a work over Satan by which He can undo, reverse and destroy the work that Satan had done in the lives of people.
Believing in Jesus Christ gives the believer authority over Satan and in Luke 10:19-20 the Lord Jesus says “Behold I give you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way hurt you. Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are enrolled in heaven” AMP. In Mark 16:17
The Lord Jesus also said “And these signs shall follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues.” You can therefore reign in life when you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ because through Him you have victory over Satan and all his power and manifestations. The believers’ victory over Satan is also in the confession of the power of the blood of Jesus Christ, because it was as a result of the shedding of that blood, that Satan was defeated. Revelations 12:11 therefore says “And they overcame (conquered) him (Satan) by means of the blood of the Lamb and by the utterance of their testimony, for they did not love and cling to lives even when faced with death”.
2. Reign in life in health because Jesus carried our sicknesses and infirmities (both physical and mental).
The scriptures describe how Jesus Christ before the crucifixion was whipped on the whipping post. Matthew 27:26 says “So he set free for them Barabbas; and he [had] Jesus whipped, and delivered Him up to the crucified” AMP. Mark 15:15 also says “So Pilate, wishing to satisfy the crowd, set Barabbas free for them; and after having Jesus whipped, he handed [Him] over to be crucified” AMP.
Isaiah 53:3-5 describing the Lord Jesus says “He was despised and rejected and forsaken by men, a Man of sorrows and pains, and acquainted with grief and sickness; and like One from Whom men hide their faces and He was despised, and we did not appreciate His worth or have any esteem for Him. 4 Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him striken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy]. 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole” AMP.
Here the prophet Isaiah 400 years before Christ was shown in the spirit the suffering of the Christ and its redemptive value to mankind. All the suffering that the Lord Jesus went through He did it as our substitute. When He suffered anguish, He carried our anxiety and depression, the beating needful to bring us peace and well-being was upon Him and when He was whipped on the whipping post, He carried our sicknesses and infirmities and by those stripes we are healed and made whole. This is further described in Matthew 8:15-16 where the word of God says again referring to the Lord Jesus Christ; “When the evening came, they brought to Him many that were under the power of demons, and He drove out the spirits with a word and restored to health all who were sick. 17 And thus fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah, He Himself took [in order to carry away] our weaknesses and infirmities and bore away our diseases” AMP.
1 Peter 2:24 also says “He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed” AMP. As you believe this word and declare it upon your life the desire of God is that you reign in life in health and well-being through redemptive work of Jesus Christ. It is the desire of God that this word be reality in your life.
3. Reign in life in blessing because Jesus broke the curse of poverty and lack, so that the blessing of Abraham can come to your life.
The scriptures in Galatians 3:13-14 declares “Christ purchased our freedom [redeeming us] from the curse (doom) of the Law [and its condemnation] by [Himself] becoming a curse for us, as it is written [in the Scriptures], Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree (is crucified); to the end that through [their receiving] Christ Jesus, the blessing (promised) to Abraham might come upon the Gentiles, so that we through faith might [all] receive [the realisation of] the promise of the [Holy] Spirit” AMP.
By believing in the Lord Jesus therefore you and mankind have access to positive and good outcomes in every area of our lives. The blessing of Abraham encompasses every positive outcome, life satisfaction, joy, peace, goodness and well-being.
In Exodus 33:19 the word of God says “I will make all my goodness to pass before you…”.
Psalms 34:8 the word of God declares “O taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who trusts in Him”.
In Psalms 36:7-8 the word declares “How excellent is thy loving kindness O God! Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Thy wings. They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shall make them drink from the rivers of thy pleasures” KJV. In Psalms 63:3-4 His word also says “Because Your loving kindness is better than life, my lips will praise You. Thus I will bless You while I live.” In Titus 3:4-5 His word speaks of the goodness and loving kindness of our Saviour Jesus Christ. For further understanding of the blessing of Abraham please read Deuteronomy 28:1-13.
Not only did the Lord Jesus redeem us from the curse of the Law, He also redeemed us from the curse of barren-ness, thorns and briers. In Matthew 27:29 the word of God says: “And weaving a crown of thorns, they put it on His head…” The crown of thorns that was put on His head as he died on the cross, broke the curse of poverty, barren-ness and toil (we can enjoy work) declared after the fall of man in Genesis chapter 3 as we read earlier, and ushers prosperity upon your life and mankind.
4. Reign in life in righteousness, right standing with God because He shed blood and died for your sin and ushered you into eternal life.
In Luke 24:46-47 the Lord Jesus after the resurrection said “And said to them, “Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise again from the dead the third day, 47 and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.”
In 1 Corinthians 15:3 the apostle Paul wrote “For I delivered to you first that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures.”
The word of God also declares in 2 Corinthians 5:21 “For He made Him (Jesus Christ) who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.”
To reign in life with Jesus Christ you need to:
1. Believe on Him and the sacrifice He made for you and mankind. Make His death a personal mission for you. Believe that He died for you and rose again the third day and that He is alive today. Believe that He shed His own blood so that your sin and past mistakes can be forgiven and that you can be given a chance to begin again with God.
2. You need to repent, that is stop arguing with God but agree with him as to what is right and what is wrong. Align your way of thinking, your way of talking and your way of behaving with the word of God. The word of God says in Isaiah 55:7 “Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts and let him return to the Lord, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon”.
3. You then finally need to call on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Scriptures say in Romans 10:9 “That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved”.
The following prayer will guide you if you pray it sincerely to God from your heart:
Dear God in heaven, I thank You for sending Your Son Jesus Christ to suffer and die for my sins. I believe that Jesus rose again from the dead on the third day and is alive today. I repent from all my sin today and I ask you Lord Jesus to come into my life, to forgive all my sin and to be my Lord. From today I will live for You. Thank You Lord Jesus for hearing my prayer, thank you for forgiving my sins, thank You for making me a child of God, thank You for giving me the gift of eternal life and for writing my name in the Book of life. In Jesus’s name I pray. Amen.
As you have prayed this prayer sincerely and from the heart know that God has heard your prayer and you are now a child of God because He promised that anyone who comes to Him sincerely He will never say no in John 6:37. Titus 1:2 tells us that He cannot lie, and 1 John 5: 11-13 tells us that He wants you to know and have assurance of eternal life.
Finally I want to speak about the power for this journey, the fuel for living the life of God, the power of the Holy Spirit.
On the third day while body of the Lord Jesus lay in the tomb, God released resurrection power to raise Jesus Christ from the dead. The word of God describes this as the greatest show of force God has ever manifested. In Ephesians 1: 17-22 the apostle Paul wrote: “[For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him, 18 by having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you may know and understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints (His set-apart ones), 19 and [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength 20 which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in heavenly [places], 21 far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age and in this world but also in the age and the world which are to come. 22 And He put all things under His feet, and has appointed Him the universal and supreme Head of the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all [for in that body lives the full measure of Him Who makes everything complete, and who fills everything everywhere with Himself]” AMP.
Please take special note of verse 19, the immeasurable, unlimited and surpassing power in us who believe and for us who believe. The power for us was vested in Jesus Christ. The power that was released by Almighty God when He raised Jesus Christ from the dead, exalted Jesus Christ to the highest office of authority (with total and complete victory over Satan and over any human governance), conferred to Him the highest title and highest honour. That is why in Matthew 28:18 Jesus said “All authority (all power of rule) in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. 19 Go then and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you all the days (perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion) to the [very] close and consummation of the age. Amen (so let it be)” AMP.
The immeasurable, unlimited and surpassing power for us was vested in Jesus Christ, it is executive, backed by hosts of heaven (anglelic forces) and weaponry of sophistication beyond nuclear and includes total authority and victory over Satan. Remember this power is available for us who believe- you need to be a believer and here is why. When you are a believer the immeasurable, unlimited and surpassing power for us (which is vested in Christ Jesus) will also work in us.
In Ephesians 3:14-21 the word of God says “For this reason [seeing the greatness of this plan by which you are built together in Christ], I bow my knees before the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 For Whom every family in heaven and on earth is named [that Father from Whom all fatherhood takes its title and derives its name], 16 may He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality]. 17 May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted deep in love and founded securely on love, 18 That you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [God’s devoted people, the experience of that love] what is the breath and length and depth [of it]; 19 [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [ may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]! 20 Now unto Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all we [dare] to think or ask [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes or dreams]- 21 To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen (so be it).
When Christ dwells and settles and makes His permanent presence in your heart and manifests resurrection power in your life you will be strengthened and re-enforced in the inner man by the Holy Spirit- this will experience the length, breath and depth of the love of Christ. This will give you a rich experience of divine presence, your life is filled and flooded with the power of God- this will give you the capacity to overcome negatives in your life, selfishness will be turned to selflessness (many relationships are being broken due to selfishness), hate to forgiveness, the power of addiction of every kind is broken and people set free (tobacco, alcohol and illicit drugs), depression and anxiety will be overcome, people are set free from demonic oppression of every kind.
The path of mankind to perfection is in understanding and harnessing the legal victory verdict over Satan, which was accomplished by Jesus Christ when He suffered and died on the cross and the immeasurable, unlimited and surpassing greatness of the power of God for us and in us which was released by God and packaged in Jesus Christ when He raised Him from the dead. This power is made available to you when you believe in Jesus Christ, repent and call on His name. He will then fill you with His Holy Spirit.
Earlier I asked you to pray a prayer of asking Jesus Christ the Son of God to come into your life, forgive your sin and make you a child of God. Now I will pray for you a prayer of deliverance from every power and working of the enemy Satan in your life. I need you to make a decision to reject Satan and every manifestation of evil in your life. Repeat the following prayer of rejecting Satan and consecrating yourself to Jesus Christ:
In the name of Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for my redemption:
I reject you Satan from my life and every manifestation of evil, I denounce every demonic force of Satan. I say in the name of Jesus Christ let me go and serve God from today, I have nothing in you and you have nothing in me. I was bought by the blood of Jesus Christ which cleanses me from all sin. From today I will live for Jesus Christ. Thank you Lord Jesus for the immeasurable, unlimited and surpassing greatness of your power for me and in me, the power which God Almighty released from heaven to raise you from the dead. In Jesus’ name I pray Amen.
