 Title: The life, the light.

 

“In Him (Jesus Christ) was life; and the life was the light of men.

And the light shines in the darkness and the darkness did not comprehend it."John 1:4-5 NKJV.

 

The light shines in darkness and darkness could not comprehend it, could not understand it, could not overcome it.

In the life there is light, in the darkness there is death.

Darkness gets overwhelmed by the light. 

Darkness gets confused by the light. 

Point of Reflection:

Let your light so shine so that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Allowing the light to shine in you comes by letting the word of Christ permeate your being, your mind,

 let it uproot any dark elements that the enemy has wanted to plant in you.

 Put away any bitterness and unforgiveness.

 Make a declaration of consecration- I am yours Lord with all that I am and all that I am not, I give myself to you. 

Shout grace for every moment and every situation. 

Cry for wisdom from heaven in all you do. 

Let the blazing path of your life be set and directed by Him.

 Let your mind be dipped in the blood of Jesus Christ so that your priorities are guided by the wisdom of His word.

 Let Him give you a revelation of seasons so that you are alert to seasons of sowing, reaping, feasting and fasting etc.

Prayer of Declaration:

Lord on this day I thank you for Jesus Christ. I acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord of my life today.

Thank you that you are light and the light gives life to me and those around me. 

I set myself and my life apart for you to do your will Father in every aspect of my life. 

As I set my mind on your word and receive your wisdom and grace for every situation I face. 

Thank you for the manifestation of the life of Jesus Christ in my body, mind and situation.  

Thank you that every form of darkness is overcome.

 I reject, renounce and denounce every working, influence and deception of darkness in the name of Jesus Christ.

To you Father I give all the glory. In Jesus's name I pray. Amen.

With best wishes for the New Year 2020 and New Decade in which Almighty God is calling out a people who will be

a special treasure to Him (Exodus 19:4-5).

A people who have set themselves apart and consecrated themselves to become His portion and His inheritance (Deuteronomy 32:9).

A people who are vessels of honour in His house (2 Timothy 2:20-21).

For these people He promises to lead and guide them by His Holy Spirit as they accomplish His  purpose on the Earth,

to fight their wars and battles and to protect them from the attacks of the enemy.

These people join hands with Almighty God as they pray for salvation of souls,

as they witness the love of Jesus Christ and as they exercise faithful stewardship to make ready

a people prepared for the Lord (Luke 1:13-17).

We love you as we invite you to set yourself apart to become Almighty God's portion and inheritance in Jesus Christ.
