Title: The promise of God to you is sure.

“Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace;

to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed;

not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham;

who is the father of us all,

 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,)

 before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead,

 and calleth those things which be not as though they were.” Romans 4:16-17 KJV.

We have been given by God exceedingly great and precious promises

 so that through these promises we may be partakers of the divine nature. (2 Peter 1:4).

Through the divine power of God in Jesus Christ we have been given (past tense) all things

 pertaining to this life and to godliness (2 Peter 1:3).

 In our born again spirit we have already received all things we need for this life (physical things)

 and to live a godly life (spiritual gifts and spiritual endowments).

What then does a born- again child of God need to do?

 You need to refuse to be conformed to this world

 but be transformed in the thinking of your mind by the word of God.

The word of God is spirit and it is life. (John 6:63).

The word of God is packaged with the capacity to release the supernatural faith of God

 (For faith comes by hearing the word of God -Romans 10:17).

So then God deals with us through releasing promises,

 and He has released exceeding great and precious promises, which contain everything we need.

 There is a promise to deal with each and every situation we will ever encounter in this life

 and a promise for every spiritual endowment you need to accomplish every heavenly purpose.

 The only qualification to receive the promise is faith

 but faith in turn is given packaged in the word of God.

Therefore the promise is of grace, the promise is given to you as a gift,

 an unmerited favour which we do not deserve or work for, borne of activity on the side of God.

 How you handle the word of God therefore becomes critical

 as it defines the extend to which you experience the promises of God.

 Putting it differently, the extent to which you allow the word of God to transform your mind

will determine the extend to which you will be able to experience the promise of God.

 When the word of God works in you it produces fruit some thirty fold,

 some sixty fold, some a hundred fold.

 The word of God may be sent to you and produce zero fruit or zero realisation of the promise.

 What should you do to avoid that happening to you?

When that happens you will have frustrated the grace of God upon your life. (Galatians 2:21).

 You have to avoid that. But how?

You are the ground on which the seed of the word is sown,

it is your responsibility to ensure you are fertile,

 well cultivated soil where the word can bear fruit.

Jesus spake a parable in Mark 4:3-20 about a sower who went to sow seed.

 Some fell by the wayside, the word was sown and satan immediately came

 and took away the word that was sown in their hearts.

Some seed fell on stony ground, these are those who hear the word,

 receive it with gladness but have no root in them and so endure only for a short time.

 Afterward when tribulation or persecution arises for the word's sake, immediately they stumble.

Some seed fell among thorns.

 These are the ones who hear the word of God and the cares of this world,

 the deceitfulness of riches and the desires of other things entering choke the word and it becomes unfruitful.

But these are the ones sown on good ground, those who hear the word,

accept it, with a noble and good heart

 and bear fruit: some thirty fold, some sixty, and some a hundred fold.

 For the word to bear it's fruit, prepare your heart to be good well cultivated, well watered ground.

By 1. Accepting the word of God whole heartedly and retain the word in your heart-have a positive attitude

this is powered by a realisation of the attributes of Almighty God (He is righteous, He is love, He is powerful, He is just, He is faithful,

He is  good, He is holy, has loving kindness and mercies that are new every morning, we are equal favourites of Almighty God,

we have equal access, He is a respector of His word and not a respector of persons and more).

 Study the word, meditate upon it, memorise it.

(Colossians 3:16a Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom).

2. Focus on values that endure, not temporary gain, take hold of eternal life (1Timothy 6:12).

 3.  Consecrate yourself, set yourself apart for God,

 seek you first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and the rest shall be added to you (Matthew 6:33).

Point of Reflection:

Thank God in Jesus Christ that the promise is a gift of grace to you and is sure.

Thank God for the gift of eternal life in Jesus Christ.

Consecrate yourself to God, set yourself apart for His purpose

 and will and make a declaration that you will seek His will and His purposes in your life.

 Declare to satan that he has nothing in you and you have nothing in him,

and you know that he was disarmed and defeated publicly by Jesus Christ on the cross.

Much grace and peace be multiplied to you.

Prayer of Thanks giving and declaration:

Heavenly Father I thank you for the grace I have received in Jesus Christ.

I acknowledge the risen Jesus Christ as Lord of my life today.

I reject, renounce and denounce every working, influence and deception of the enemy satan

and his demons.

I set myself apart and consecrate myself for you alone Father.

I ask you to fill me with your Holy Spirit right now in the name of Jesus Christ.

I accept, receive and embrace the abundant outpouring of your Spirit upon my life in Jesus Christ's name.

Thank you that your promises are sure, stable, valid and

 guaranteed to me because they are of grace and therefore a gift to me.

I receive your promises by faith.

I pray today and release abundance of grace upon every single child of God upon Planet Earth

that they may receive the promise of God. In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.

Year in Focus:

With best wishes for the Year 2024, the year in which the Lord God is visiting His restless ones with an anointing that breaks the yoke of bondage of the enemy.

There is a big financial dimension to the victory for the restless ones in 2024. The yoke of poverty and financial struggles is being broken.

a) Things you need to know:

The year in which the restless ones rise up with the zeal of Almighty God to cause the spreading of the cities of Almighty God through prosperity.

Almighty God says: proclaim saying 'Thus saith the Lord of Hosts: "Iam zealous for Jerusalem with great zeal."' Zechariah 1:14

He also says: 'Thus says the Lord, "I am returning to Jerusalem with mercy; My house shall be built in it," says the Lord of Hosts,

"And a surveyor's line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem."' Zechariah 1:16. See also Zechariah 8:1-5, 12-13, 15, 21 and 23.

He goes further to say: "Again proclaim, saying, 'Thus says the Lord of hosts: "My cities shall again spread out through prosperity;

The Lord will again comfort Zion, And will again choose Jerusalem."' Zechariah 1:17.

He says: "Take the silver and gold, make an elaborate crown, and set it on the head of Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest." Zechariah 6:11.

Almighty God wants to put an elaborate crown of gold and silver upon your head.

b) What you need to do:

1. In 2023, take away your measuring line.

Do not limit what God can do for you and through you in the way you think, the way you speak and the way you act.

Do not limit the Holy One of Israel. ( Zechariah 1:1-5 )

In Psalms 78:41: His word says:Yes, again and again they tempted God,
And limited the Holy One of Israel.

Remember also Ephesians 3:20 says: He is able to do exceedingly abundantly, above all we think and ask, by the power at work within us.

2. Call with a strong conviction on the Almighty God for whom all things are possible, for whom nothing shall be impossible.

Remember His waord says in Genesis 18:10-14:

10 And He said, “I will certainly return to you according to the time of life, and behold, Sarah your wife shall have a son.”
(Sarah was listening in the tent door which was behind him.)

11 Now Abraham and Sarah were old, well advanced in age; and Sarah had passed the age of childbearing.

12 Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, “After I have grown old, shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?”
13 And the LORD said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh, saying, ‘Shall I surely bear a child, since I am old?’

14 Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the appointed time I will return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.”

See also Jeremiah 32:17-22, Jeremiah 32:26-27.

In Luke 1:34-38 we read:

34 Then Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I do not know a man?”
35 And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you;

therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.

36 Now indeed, Elizabeth your relative has also conceived a son in her old age; and this is now the sixth month for her who was called barren.

37 For with God nothing will be impossible.”
38 Then Mary said, “Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from her.

See also Mark 10;27 and Matthew 19:26.

Remember the Holy Spirit will come upon you and the power of the Most High will overshadow you- to make the will of Almighty God happen in your life and in the work of the Ministry.

In Jeremiah 32:19 -21 we read that our Almighty God is great in counsel and mighty in deeds and that He brought out His people Israel from the land of Egypt with signs and wonders,

with a strong hand, and an outstretched arm and with great terror and He gave them the land that flows with milk and honey- they came in and took possession of it.

Let Him give you His counsel, let Him show you His signs and wonders, go in and take possession.

c) What you need to understand (have a revelation of):

You need to understand the following things:

1. There is in the calendar of God something called the fullness of time.

In Genesis 21:1-2 we read: 1 And the LORD visited Sarah as He had said, and the LORD did for Sarah as He had spoken.

2 For Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.

2. Almighty God fulfils His promises.

In Numbers 23:19-20 we read:

19 God is not a man, that He should lie,
Nor a son of man, that He should repent.
Has He said, and will He not do?
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
20 Behold, I have received a command to bless;
He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.

In  Isaiah 46:9-11 we read:

9 Remember the former things of old,
For I am God, and there is no other;
I am God, and there is none like Me,
10 Declaring the end from the beginning,
And from ancient times things that are not yet done,
Saying, My counsel shall stand,
And I will do all My pleasure,’
11 Calling a bird of prey from the east,
The man who executes My counsel, from a far country.
Indeed I have spoken it;
I will also bring it to pass.
I have purposed it;
I will also do it.

3. It has been done before-

Remember in her restlessness Rachael cried: Give me children or else I die (Genesis 30:1). God answered her prayer and she bore Joseph, who subsequently received

the portion of the first born of Israel.

In her restlessness, Hannah prayed for a male child and pledged to give him to the Lord all the days of her life. God answered her prayer and she bore Samuel,

a mighty prophet of God who was also a judge of Israel. (1 Samuel 1:11).

In her restlessness Mary Magdalene sought to find where they had laid the body of the Lord Jesus Christ and she refused to be comforted.

The Lord Jesus had to make an unscheduled visit to the tomb while on His way to the Father. The Lord Jesus Christ had to appear to Mary. (John 20:11-18).

We love you and continue to pray for you as you set yourself apart and consecrate yourself for the purposes of Almighty God on the Earth in our day.
