Title: It is the desire of Almighty God in Jesus Christ that you are able to
make a confession of faith.
“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High
shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress:
my God; in him will I trust.” Psalms 91:1-2 KJV.
Point of reflection:
It is the desire of Almighty God that you dwell in His secret place
which is found in Jesus Christ.
In that secret place, you will be under His shadow of defense and protection.
You will then be able to confess and declare:
"I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in Him I will trust".
There is power and victory in the confession of your lips.
When you declare the word of God in faith, it comes to pass in your life.
Your enemy satan fears the confession of your lips, child of God.
That is why Revelations 12:11 says:
"And they overcame him (satan) by the blood of the Lamb,
and by the word of their testimony;
and they loved not their lives unto the death.”
Remember faith is a confession: you are saved by confessing Jesus Christ as Lord
Romans 10:9 says : "that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus
and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
Call for Action:
Learn to make declarations of the word of God upon your life,
your family, your children, your job, business etc.
The spirit of faith speaks and declares the word of God.
“And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written,
“I believed and therefore I spoke,”
we also believe and therefore speak,” 2 Corinthians 4:13 NKJV.
Take Psalm 91 and personalize it replace "you" with "I"or "me" and read it aloud starting:
"I who dwell in the secret place of the most High
shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty,
I will say of the Lord He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God in whom I will trust...
Surely He will deliver me from the ..
I shall not be afraid..." Etc to the end of the psalm.
As you do, it drives out fear and builds your confidence in God and releases the spirit of faith.
God does not want you to live under fear of the enemy
because he was disarmed and defeated publicly
and openly by Jesus Christ on the cross. (Colossians 2:15, Hebrews 2:14-15).
Glory be to God forevermore.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I thank you for Jesus Christ,
by whom I have access to the secret place of Almighty God,
I take refuge and put my trust in you Lord,
as I go out and come in, by foot, by road, by rail, by sea and by air.
You deliver me from the snares of the enemy,
from destruction, pestilences, and from every other attack of the enemy.
Thank you that Jesus Christ who was raised from the dead
by the glory of the Father is alive in me and is my Lord.
I set myself apart and consecrate myself for you. Lord you can have me as your portion, your inheritance and your special treasure.
I ask you Father to fill and empower me with your Holy Spirit right now in the name of Jesus Christ.
I receive, accept and embrace the abundant outpouring of your Spirit upon my life
in the name of Jesus Christ.
I will say of the Lord.........
Thank you Lord for satisfying me with a long life and showing me your salvation.
In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.

Year in Focus:
2025 The Year of the Overcomer.
His word says in 1 John 2:12-14:I write to you, little children,
Because your sins are forgiven you for His name’s sake.
13 I write to you, fathers, because you have known Him who is from the beginning.
I write to you, young men, because you have overcome the wicked one.
I write to you, little children, because you have known the Father.
14 I have written to you, fathers, because you have known Him who is from the beginning.
I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you,
And you have overcome the wicked one.
To overcome the wicked one you need the word of God to dwell in you richly, you need to know Him who
was from the beginning (to know God) and you need strong conviction regarding His promises to you. These are the three critical attributes of an overcomer.
He also says: Look among the nations and watch—Be utterly astounded!
For I will work a work in your days, which you would not believe, though it were told you. (Habakkuk 1:5)
Almighty God wants to work a work in our day, in your day, in the work of the Ministry and in your own life,
which you will not believe even if it is told you. For you to be a part of what He is doing, you need to acquire and grow in the three critical attributes of an overcomer.
He says further:
Then the Lord answered me and said:
“Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.
Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. (Habakkuk 2:2-3).
He says write the vision and make it plain upon tables that he may run who reads it.
As you enter another phase in your walk with God and as we enter a new phase in our calling as Planet Ministries, remember the vision is for an appointed time.
That time is nigh. Wait for it, it will not be late by one second. Remember Genesis 18:10-14; Genesis 21: 1-2 and Exodus 12:40-41.
a) What you need to know:
We are moving into a period of accomplishing the vision which Almighty God has set before us.
There is in the calendar of God something called the fullness of time.
The vision is for an appointed time and that time is nigh.
You need the knowledge of the Father and His essential attributes, a knowledge of the word of God- you need the word of God to dwell in you richly
(see also Colossians 3:16) and you also need strength of conviction.
As these three attributes increase in you, they will make you to become an overcomer of the wicked one.
b) What you need to understand (or have a revelation of):
1. There is in the calendar of God something called the fullness of time.
2. As we enter the fullness of time you need to continue waiting upon God.
3. You need a revelation of the essential attributes of God.
That He is good to you all the time. He is holy, that means He gets it right all the time ( Leviticus 11:44-45; His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:23);
His loving kindness is better than life (Psalms 63:3), He is faithful (1 Thessalonians 5:24; Genesis 28:15; 1 Kings 8:56; Numbers 23:19-20; Isaiah 46:9-11),
He is righteous and He is just (Psalms 89:14). He promises to go before you. He says He will not fail you. (Joshua 1:5; Deuteronomy 31:6, 8;
1 Chronicles 28:20; Psalms 89:33-35).
c) What you need to do: Activities of 2025:
Run with the vision. Remember we are:
1. Witnessing the love of Jesus Christ and making disciples across the nations. (Matthew 28:18-20). Use every avenue available to you to send the message of the gospel.
2.We are praying and interceding to the God of the harvest to send labourers into the harvest. (Matthew 9:37-38; 1Timothy 2:1-5). Take time to pray.
3. We are faithful stewards of time, the mysteries of God and of substance. (Luke 12:42-44; Luke 16:10-12; 1 Corinthians 4:1-2; 1 Peter 4:10). Prayerfully examine your stewardship of time, mysteries of God and substance.
4. We are light to the world- dispensing darkness- let your light so shine that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:14-16).
5. We are salt, condiment to the earth to give flavour and fight the unsavoury works of the enemy satan ( Matthew 5:13).
6. We release the fragrance of the knowledge of Jesus Christ - God wants to diffuse through you the fragrance, perfume of the knowledge of Jesus Christ as you allow the fruit of the Holy Spirit to manifest in your life. ( 2 Corinthians 14-15).
d) In all this remember to have your own personal agenda with God as you stand on His promises.
He says in John 16:24: Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.
He says in John 15:7: If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
He says in John 14:13-14:
And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.
He also says in John 15:16: You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
Remember, we have been given exceedingly great and precious promises that by these we may be partakers of divine nature. ( 2 Peter 1:4, John 16:24).
In this year of the overcomer, as you run with the vision, remember to have a personal prayer agenda with God.
Keep a prayer diary and tick things off, as He answers your prayers.
We love you as we invite you to be counted among the overcomers of the wicked one in 2025 and beyond.
As you run with the vision, we are praying for you and wish you a 2025 filled with the victory that comes from God.
