Title: It is the desire of God in Jesus Christ that you allow
the work of patience to perfect you.
“For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God,
ye might receive the promise.” Hebrews 10:36 KJV.
“But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart,
having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.” Luke 8:15 KJV.
In the age of the microwave oven, instant tea, instant coffee it is tempting to want instant everything.
The God of our Lord Jesus Christ will do things instantly in many situations for example in salvation,
filling with the Holy Spirit, healing and many other situations of instant answered prayers.
When it comes to maturing as a child of God and character development however,
you need to allow time, it's a marathon and not a sprint.
Hence the word of God tells us in James 1:2-4:
"My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.”KJV.
Trials and tests will be sent your way, to strengthen you and perfect you and produce patience and endurance.
When you allow the word of God to work in you with patience,
it produces experience, and experience produces hope-
hope is positive expectation or optimism produced in us by the constant reminding of the Holy Spirit in us,
that the victory of Jesus Christ awaits us,
that the negative situations we may encounter are a passing phenomenon. (Romans 5:3-5).
During the times of trials and tests, we turn to the word of God, claim the promises and become deeply rooted in God. It is during these times that we experience God.
Remember the final word belongs to Jesus Christ not to satan.
The word in you will be put to the test- to see if it passes the test of endurance and patience,
following which you will receive the promise of God
and produce the fruit you were appointed to produce. Glory be to God!
During these tests hold onto the promises of God.
Call to action:
Will you commit to remain positive during trials and testing,
knowing the trial of your faith produces patience?
When you are ready-
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I thank you for Jesus Christ who died for my sin and rose again for my justification.
Today I acknowledge the risen Jesus Christ as Lord of my life.
I set myself apart and consecrate myself for you. I say Lord, have me as your portion and your inheritance.
I reject, denounce and renounce every working, every influence and every deception of the enemy satan
and his demons upon my life in the name of Jesus Christ. I speak that you are judged in my body, in my life, ministry and in my affairs.
I ask you Father in the name of Jesus Christ to fill and empower me with your Holy Spirit right now.
I receive, accept and embrace the abundant outpouring of your Spirit upon my life in the name of Jesus Christ.
Father, I commit myself to you and to your word during the hour of trials and temptation.
I ask for your strength and grace in Jesus Christ's name.
I ask you Lord ...............
I remember this day all those across Planet Earth facing trials, persecution, war and famine.
I pray for the manifestation of the power and miracle working of Jesus Christ in their situations in the name of Jesus Christ.
In the name of Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.

Year in Focus:
2026 The Year of Almighty God’s Special Treasure
In this year, Almighty God wants you to engage with Him as a person after His own heart who desires to accomplish His purpose, plan and will.
A person who seeks the burden of Almighty God as you pray and intercede, as you witness the love of Jesus Christ through your various platforms and as you exercise faithful stewardship of your time, of the mysteries of God entrusted to you and of substance.
His word tells us in Psalms 89:19-23 (NKJV):
'Then You spoke in a vision to Your holy one, and said: “I have given help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people.
20 I have found My servant, David; With My holy oil I have anointed him,
21 With whom My hand shall be established; also, My arm shall strengthen him.
22The enemy shall not outwit him, Nor the son of wickedness afflict him.
23 I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague those who hate him.'
What you need to know:
Your Almighty God is a faithful God, that means He is trustworthy, He is dependable and follows things through.
His word tells us:
'He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.' I Thessalonians 5:24 (NKJV).
'Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.' Genesis 28:15 (NKJV).
'Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised. There has not failed one word of all His good promise, which He promised through His servant Moses. ' I Kings 8:56 (NKJV).
Remember:
'God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
20 Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.' Numbers 23:19-20 (NKJV).
(see also Isaiah 46:9-11, Isaiah 14:24-27).
What you need to understand and have a revelation of:
There is in the calendar of God something called the fullness of time.
His word tells us:
'Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.'
Habakkuk 2:2-3 (NKJV).
Remember also:
'Now the sojourn of the children of Israel who lived in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years.
41And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years—on that very same day—it came to pass that all the armies of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt. 'Exodus 12:40-41 (NKJV).
In fact, it was precise to the second- at midnight, at the stroke of midnight first-borns were struck and Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron and said -Go and serve your God.
We read in Galatians 4:4-5:
'But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,
5 to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.'
In your life and in the Ministry, you need to wait upon Him, but while you wait be busy doing what needs to be done today (NKJV).
What you need to do-
a) Keep your eyes on the word of God.
His word tells us:
'Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.' Colossians 3:16 (NKJV).
'Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.
And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.' John 8:31-32 (NKJV).
b) Be conscious of the presence of the Holy Spirit in your life.
We read in John 14:15-17 (AMPC):
' If you [really] love Me, you will keep (obey) My commands.
16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever–
17 The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome, take to its heart), because it does not see Him or know and recognize Him. But you know and recognize Him, for He lives with you [constantly] and will be in you.'
c) Be in prayer.
His word teaches us:
'Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—
19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel.' Ephesians 6:18-19 NKJV).
d) Remember your personal prayer agenda with God.
His word teaches us:
'Then the Lord said, “Hear what the unjust judge said. And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”' Luke 18:6-8 NKJV).
Psalms 91:15 tells us:
'He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.'
Almighty God has promised to answer you as you ask in the name of Jesus Christ (NKJV).
Much grace and peace be multiplied to you.
In the service of Jesus Christ.
