Title: Pass the test of love.

“Jesus said to him, 'If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor,

and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.'

But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions.”‭‭ Matthew‬ ‭19:21-22‬ ‭NKJV‬.

‬ “And He said, 'Do not lay your hand on the lad, or do anything to him; for now I know that you fear God,

since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me.'

Then Abraham lifted his eyes and looked, and there behind him was a ram caught in a thicket by its horns.

So Abraham went and took the ram, and offered it up for a burnt offering instead of his son.”‭‭Genesis‬ ‭22:12-13‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.

God will test your love for Him. When that test comes you need to be ready with your heart.

God asked Abraham to sacrifice His one and only son of whom he had been told,

in Isaac shall his genealogy be named.

Abraham believed in God's goodness, loving kindness, faithfulness, justice and holiness- and more

that he replied no problem God and took His son to sacrifice him.

When he was about to do it, in his heart, he had already done it-

God stopped him and gave him back his son.

Abraham believed God was going to raise Isaac from the dead, which He did figuratively.

Hebrews 11:17-19 tells us:

By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises offered up

his only begotten son, of whom it was said, "In Isaac your seed shall be called,"

concluding that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead,

from which he also received him in a figurative sense.

Point of reflection:

The rich young  man above failed the test which Abraham passed.

He had a wrong attitude towards God which failed to understand  God's attributes-

goodness, loving kindness, faithfulness, justice, and holiness and more.

Everything he had, he had been given by God who was then going to give him back multiplied.

In Mark 10:29-30, the word of speaks to us about Almighty God's one hundred fold returns promise.

That is why His word says in Proverbs 3:9-10 NKJV:

 “Honour the LORD with your possessions, and with the first fruits of all your increase;

so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine.”

He was never going to starve instead His possessions were going to be multiplied further.

Do you desire to pass His tests?

The key to passing the test is having a positive attitude towards Almighty God, under every situation and circumstance.

 When you are ready-

Prayer of commitment and consecration:

Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank you for your faithfulness, goodness,

loving kindness, justice and holiness. I acknowledge you as Lord who is worthy of all praise. You are Almighty God.

Thank you that you desire for me the best outcomes for every situations.

Thank you for sending Jesus Christ through whom I have access into your presence.

Today I acknowledge the risen Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour.

I give you my heart Lord, I set myself apart and consecrate myself to you Lord to seek your will in all I do.

In Jesus Christ's name I pray. Amen.

Year in Focus

2026 The Year of Almighty God's Special Treasure

2026 is the year of Almighty God’s special treasure.

In this year, Almighty God wants you to engage with Him as a person after His own heart who desires to accomplish His purpose, plan and will.

A person who seeks the burden of Almighty God as you pray and intercede, as you witness the love of Jesus Christ through your various platforms

and as you exercise faithful stewardship of your time, of the mysteries of God entrusted to you and of substance.

His word tells us in Psalms 89:19-23:

'Then You spoke in a vision to Your holy one, and said: “I have given help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people.

20 I have found My servant, David; With My holy oil I have anointed him,

21 With whom My hand shall be established; also, My arm shall strengthen him.

22The enemy shall not outwit him, Nor the son of wickedness afflict him (NKJV).

23 I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague those who hate him.'

In 2026 there is help ordained for you from Almighty God. You have been waiting upon God with your heart focused on Him, on establishing His hand on Planet Earth.

Receive the help of God. Let the anointing of the Holy Spirit flow upon your life as you meditate on His word.

What you need to know:

Our Almighty God is a faithful God, that means He is trustworthy, He is dependable and follows things through.

His word tells us:

'He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.' I Thessalonians 5:24.

'Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.' Genesis 28:15 (NKJV).

'Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised. There has not failed one word of all His good promise, which He promised through His servant Moses. ' 1 Kings 8:56 (NKJV).

Remember:

'God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

20 Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.' Numbers 23:19-20 (NKJV).

(see also Isaiah 46:9-11, Isaiah 14:24-27)

What you need to understand and have a revelation of:

There is in the calendar of God something called the fullness of time.

His word tells us:

'Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.

3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.'

Habakkuk 2:2-3 (NKJV).

Remember also:

'Now the sojourn of the children of Israel who lived in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years.

41And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years—on that very same day—it came to pass that all the armies of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt. 'Exodus 12:40-41 (NKJV).

In fact, it was precise to the second- at midnight, at the stroke of midnight first-borns were struck and Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron and said -Go and serve your God.

We read in Galatians 4:4-5:

'But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

5  to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.' (NKJV).

In your life and in the Ministry, you need to wait upon Him, but while you wait be busy doing what needs to be done today.

What you need to do-

a) Keep your eyes on the word of God.

His word tells us:

'Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.' Colossians 3:16 (NKJV).

'Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.

And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.' John 8:31-32 (NKJV).

b) Be conscious of the presence of the Holy Spirit in your life.

We read in John 14:15-17 (AMPC):

' If you [really] love Me, you will keep (obey) My commands.

16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever–

17 The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome, take to its heart), because it does not see Him or know and recognize Him. But you know and recognize Him, for He lives with you [constantly] and will be in you.'

c) Be in prayer.

His word teaches us:

'Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—

19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, ' Ephesians 6:18-19 (NKJV).

d) Remember your personal prayer agenda with God.

His word teaches us:

'Then the Lord said, “Hear what the unjust judge said. And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”' Luke 18:6-8 (NKJV).

Psalms 91:15 tells us:

'He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.' (NKJV).

Almighty God has promised to answer you as you ask in the name of Jesus Christ.

Much grace and peace be multiplied to you.

In the service of Jesus Christ.
